Hi, I’m Pan. After 12 years as a lawyer, I left law and started Jove Company.
I’m 38. As a husband, father, and ex-lawyer, I learned how hard it is to navigate love, marriage, and parenting while balancing a demanding career.
Growing up in Hong Kong, I didn’t know how relationships work because no one really taught me. I was not good at relationships - I did not have many friends. I did not have a serious girlfriend until I was 26. For a big part of my life, it’s a solo journey.
Ever since I was 17, I was obsessed about self-improvement. Then it dawned on me that relationships matter.
I started dating - met some nice girl, been together, but broke up after a few months, again and again. Deep down it was tiring and I wasn’t sure whether I would ever find love.
Then I met my wife in 2019 when I was 33. Everything changed.
Looking back - I grew up surrounded by unhealthy relationships. There were no role models.
Relationship is hard because no one taught us.
Relationship is complex because people are complex.
After 5 years with my wife, one son (soon-to-be two) and consuming hundreds of books and papers, the dots connected.
Now I see the logic and pattern in the ways we struggle in relationships, and how to make relationships work.
I developed the Jove Method Curriculum to help people gain clarity on what truly matters.
I developed systems to help people achieve their dream relationships.
Change is hard, easier said than done.
But with guidance, systems and support, I believe everyone can achieve their dream relationship.

So I started Jove Company with a mission and a plan:

A plan for the Jove Company to help millions of people to grow relationships; to make Hong Kong a better place - more joy, more love.
