Before founding Jove Company, Pan was a partner at a law firm.

In the high-pressure, high-demand legal industry, he witnessed countless talented

and capable professionals who could navigate complex business transactions,

yet felt powerless, frustrated, and even helpless when dealing with intimate relationships.

They knew how to lead companies, but no one taught them how to lead relationships.

This observation led Pan to discover a long-overlooked gap—

Designing a systematic method for rational, goal-oriented leaders to truly improve their relationships.
