你對自己的決定、行動及結果負全部責任。

  • 疾病或緊急情況;

  • 其他合理運作需要。

我們會盡量及時通知。

3.3 客戶行為要求

如客戶出現以下行為,我們可拒絕或終止服務:

  • 粗暴、侮辱性或不當言語/行為;
  • 不適合作教練;
  • 未經許可共享課程或資料。

若因客戶行為而終止服務,本公司無義務退款。

3.4 不保證結果

教練成果取決於個人努力、環境及狀況,
我們 不保證

  • 感情問題必定解決;
  • 一定會改善溝通或關係;
  • 任何時間內必然達成特定結果。

4. 產品購買、訂單及配送

4.1 產品資料

我們盡力準確描述產品,但可能因:

  • 生產工序、
  • 顯示器設定、
  • 包裝更新

而產生輕微差異。

4.2 價格及付款

  • 所有價格以港幣計算。
  • 價格可能不經通知作出調整。
  • 必須完成付款方可成立訂單。
  • 如懷疑欺詐或資料不正確,本公司有權拒絕訂單。

4.3 運送安排

  • 除特別說明外,價格不包括本地香港運費。
  • 配送時間僅供參考。
  • 因第三方物流、天氣或突發事件造成延誤,本公司不負責。
  • 貨品送達你提供的地址後,即視為完成配送。

4.4 風險轉移

貨物一經物流公司送達地址,損壞或遺失風險即轉移至你。

5. 退貨、換貨及退款政策

因衛生、設計及知識產權理由,所有貨品一經售出,概不退款或換貨,除以下情況外:

5.1 可接受的退換貨情況

我們會在以下情況提供退款或更換:

  • 貨品到貨時出現重大瑕疵;
  • 寄送錯誤貨品;
  • 運送途中造成重大損毀。

5.2 辦理程序

你必須:

  1. 在收貨後 7 天內 通知我們;

  3. 若有需要,退回貨品(必須為未使用狀態)。

5.3 不包括情況

By accessing or using this website, purchasing our Fall in Love card decks, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

We are a Hong Kong–registered company providing:

  1. Relationship, communication, and personal-development coaching;
  2. Workshops, courses, and digital educational materials;
  3. Physical products, including the Fall in Love card deck;
  4. Related consulting and informational content.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  • You will act in good faith and use the website only for lawful, proper, and personal purposes.

You accept full responsibility for your choices, actions, outcomes, and relationship decisions.

We may modify, reschedule, or cancel coaching sessions due to:

  • Illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events;
  • Safety concerns;
  • Operational needs.

We will notify you as early as reasonably possible.

3.3 Client Conduct

We reserve the right to end or refuse services if a client:

  • Displays abusive, aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour;
  • Is not a suitable fit for coaching;
  • Violates confidentiality or misuses shared materials.

No refund is guaranteed if termination is due to misconduct.

3.4 No Guaranteed Results

Coaching outcomes depend on individual effort, circumstances, and personal factors.
We do not guarantee results such as relationship success, conflict resolution, or emotional change within a specific timeframe.

4. Products: Purchase, Orders, and Fulfilment

4.1 Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately, but minor variations may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing processes;
  • Colour differences on screens;
  • Packaging updates.

4.2 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in HKD.
  • We may adjust prices without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed before order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud).

4.3 Shipping & Delivery

  • Local Hong Kong shipping is not included unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery times are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or unforeseen disruptions.
  • Once delivered to the mailing address provided, the item is considered received.

4.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the product is delivered by the courier.

5. Returns, Replacements, & Exchange Policy

Because of hygiene, design, and intellectual property reasons, all sales are final, except in the following cases:

5.1 Eligible Cases for Replacement/Refund

We will replace or refund only if:

  • The item is defective on arrival;
  • The item received is incorrect;
  • The item is substantially damaged during transit.

5.2 Process

To qualify, you must:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product;
  2. Provide photos and a description of the issue;
  3. Return the product (if requested) in unused condition.

5.3 Exclusions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Normal wear-and-tear or slight cosmetic imperfections;
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents;
  • Lost shipments due to incorrect address provided by user;
  • Change of mind.

We may, at our discretion, offer store credit or a replacement.

  • We are not liable for emotional distress, personal relationship outcomes, or decisions made based on coaching.
  • Our total liability relating to any product purchase is limited to the purchase price.
  • Our total liability relating to coaching is limited to the fees actually paid for the relevant programme or session.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law, such as liability for personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jove & Mars Limited from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the website or content;
  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any Hong Kong law.
